Perak Road Demolition Project

From 1st of November to the 18th of November 2022 42 plus 4 abandoned pet cats were rescued from the site by mainly one heroic feeder. The cats and kittens were brought straight to the vet by a SAMAritan after which a borrowed room was attained for them in the hopes that fosterers would volunteer to help.
We managed to find help at first to take one shift and some volunteers trickled in but after some time more volunteers and SAMA team arrived to help for which we are beyond words thankful!
Each cat in every living situation brought with them a very strange flu and many needed hospitalisation. The ones in the room being so numerous were badly hit and sadly some were in hospital a very long time. The remaining in the room were given twice daily medication and supplements.
The amount we have spent is well over RM30k with help from SAMAritans to buy food and litter for the borrowed room cats etc We very much thank those involved.
